If there’s an issue (no return needed)

You can choose a refund or a free replacement when:

  • The item is damaged on arrival (DOA) or defective
  • You received the wrong item/variant
  • There’s a material misdescription

How to request (3 easy steps)

  1. Email us at info@jelanita.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos (item + packaging if damaged).
  3. We verify within 5 business days and then either refund your original payment method (posting time depends on your provider; typically 3–10 business days) or ship a free replacement (subject to availability).

Changed your mind?

Prefer something else? We can offer a store credit (coupon) instead of a return:

  • Email info@jelanita.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason.
  • We verify within 5 business days and issue a digital coupon for 50% of the item price (excluding shipping, taxes and discounts).
  • The coupon is single‑use, non‑transferable, and valid for 12 months.
  • No return needed — you can keep, gift, or donate the original item.

Hygiene note: Earrings and worn jewelry can’t be returned once unsealed/opened (unless faulty). For change‑of‑mind, these items may still be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Fair-use & exceptions

To prevent misuse, we may:

  • request a standard return (e.g., repeated claims, regulatory reasons), or
  • decline requests that don’t meet the criteria above.
    This policy doesn’t limit your statutory rights.
